This includes commencement of operations, revision and drafting of agreements related to software licensing, labor and employment issues, privacy and security issues, and tax incentives and decrees.

We register trademarks and copyrights in Puerto Rico and the United States for a wide variety of companies and products. We also advise our clients on intellectual property, copyright, and trademark issues.
